Reel quality is important, but so are practical storage and availability. Our response to this was to develop a reel rack which meets all requirements. The KÜBLER multi-reel rack is height-adjustable and, thanks to its removable crossbars, can be used for all reel sizes. A galvanized base frame, powder-coated crossbars and 5mm rubber coating in the reels’ contact areas ensure long-lasting rack quality and protects reels against damage. Standard crossbars can be used to store standard reels with external diameters of 600, 640, 760, 800, 980, 1000 and 1200 mm. Customized crossbars can be supplied for intermediate sizes.

Our Multi-Coil Rack - One for All Common Coil Sizes

The multi-coil rack accommodates seven common coil sizes. The illustration is for reference only. In reality, the multi-coil rack must be adjusted separately for each coil size (see illustrations on the left). The multi-coil rack is protected by German Design Copyright (DBGM). It is height-adjustable and, thanks to attachable crossbars, suitable for all coil sizes.

Horizontal Frame

The horizontal frame was specially developed for applications where the material is wound and unwound horizontally. It enables gentle and controlled handling of the material. Thanks to removable arms, this frame is also stackable, making it ideal for optimized material flow and space-saving storage.

Do you need to transport your reels horizontally and safely? That can be easily done, with our specially developed racks. We manufacture the rack to fit according to the reel diameter. The length of the powder-coated bars is adjustable and can be adapted to accommodate the number of reels being transported. A high-strength multiplex panel serves as the carrier platform. Skids made of solid wood and strong metal rods provide safe processing using the fork lift.
